Falstaff, a superb Shakespearean character, arrives at the Poliziano Theater in Montepulciano, thanks to a theatrical work that renews the collaboration between the award-winning playwright and director Ugo Chiti, the eclectic interpreter Alessandro Benvenuti and the actors of Arca Azzurra.

An adaptation that resurrects the hero and anti-hero, the sneering and the mocking. This highlights the nature of Falstaff, his aristocratic arrogance, with a plebeian, popular blood that changes from anger to sarcasm, but remains disarming, almost pathetic, because he does not know or is unable to give himself the rules and awareness of the age he wears. .
